Facilitation, Coaching & Communications

We’re not afraid to lend a hand to help you do the real work of implementation. From 1 to 1 coaching for your leaders navigating organizational change, to designing and facilitating planning sessions and retreats, to developing communication tools that align with your strategy, we are ready to roll up our sleeves, partner, and add capacity to your organization.

Services:

  • Coaching through 1 to 1 sessions

    • We provide coaching for school board members, school and district leaders, Equity managers/directors, and nonprofit leaders

  • Meeting Design & Facilitation

    • We design and facilitate advisory groups, learning communities, decision-making processes, and retreats. We are skilled at creating spaces where participants feel heard, where consensus can be built, and where decisions can be made toward a goal.

  • Development of asset-based communication tools

  • Strategic Advising & Thought Partnership

Examples of Our Work

  • We designed, launched, and facilitate a statewide arts education learning community with a large foundation. Launching this group required co-constructing the vision and design with participants and structuring the meetings to align with the vision while creating the space for each participant to lead and bring in their own expertise and approach.

  • We developed messaging and a communications strategy for a new state-level cross-sector initiative. This involved listening to those most impacted by the initiative to understand questions and hopes, producing materials for regional partners, and training staff on using the materials.

  • We led a national non-profit through a process of developing a value-based communication tool in order to guide staff in using an asset-based lens and intentionally disrupting bias in their communications.

Since 2018, I have had the pleasure of working with SeeChange to support a group of early learning school district leaders across our region. Aimee is a trusted and consistent consultant, that we are happy to return to repeatedly for her expertise. She creates a space for leaders to learn from one another, sharing in both their wins and their challenges. I appreciate her ability to build connections and relationships across the group of leaders.
